As a Travel Care Experience Specialist, you will help clients with trip coordination, reservation support, and travel-related assistance while ensuring details are handled accurately and professionally.

This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating vacations, cruises, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Research destinations, travel packages, accommodations, and transportation options through approved systems
  • Review itineraries and booking confirmations to help ensure accuracy
  • Provide customer support and travel guidance based on client preferences and budget considerations
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
  • Handle reservation adjustments, itinerary changes, and general service inquiries
  • Maintain organized records, client profiles, and booking documentation
  • Attend virtual trainings, workshops, and team meetings as scheduled
