Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, organized, and dependable individuals who enjoy assisting others with planning enjoyable experiences. As a Holiday Services Advisor, you will help clients navigate vacation choices, explore suitable destinations, and coordinate the services needed for their upcoming trips.

This opportunity involves working with individuals and families who want assistance arranging everything from relaxing beach vacations and all-inclusive resorts to cruises, romantic getaways, group trips, guided excursions, and international holidays.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients to learn about their vacation interests and expectations
• Determine important planning factors, including departure dates, destination preferences, budgets, and special requests
• Explore available vacation experiences that match individual client needs
• Research hotels, resorts, cruise vacations, transportation, excursions, entertainment, and sightseeing opportunities
• Review available packages and identify suitable choices based on client priorities
• Prepare clear vacation suggestions and share relevant information for consideration
• Explain accommodation features, available amenities, package inclusions, and general reservation terms
• Help clients evaluate vacation choices and select preferred arrangements
• Coordinate requested reservations through authorized supplier platforms
• Check booking details, traveler names, and selected services for completeness and accuracy
• Organize confirmation records, itinerary information, and other reservation documents
• Monitor important payment dates and reservation requirements
• Contact clients regarding outstanding decisions, missing information, or upcoming deadlines
• Provide updates and helpful information as travel dates approach
• Assist with standard reservation questions and modification requests
• Maintain organized client records and communication history
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, vacation products, and supplier services
