About the Position
We're expanding our remote team and are looking for service-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Care Travel Consultant. In this role, you'll support clients throughout their travel planning journey by helping manage details, answer questions, and ensure everything stays organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and timing
- Assist with organizing trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide updates so clients remain informed throughout the planning process
- Review available options and share relevant details to support decision-making
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging tools
- Help manage changes, adjustments, and follow-up requests
- Keep client records accurate and up to date within internal systems
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
