Position Overview

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Remote Services Coordinator. In this role, you will help clients manage vacation-related arrangements by researching available options, coordinating selected services, and keeping important information accurate and up to date.

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing details, staying organized, and working independently in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Gather information about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
  • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
  • Coordinate requested services and organize confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Keep clients informed by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when necessary.
  • Review information for accuracy, track important dates and deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
