About the Position

We are expanding our virtual team and looking for enthusiastic, self-directed individuals interested in helping clients discover and arrange vacation experiences that suit their lifestyles.

As a Remote Leisure Consultant, you will assist individuals, couples, and families with researching destinations, exploring available packages, and selecting vacation services that align with their expectations. The position involves a combination of client consultations, independent research, reservation coordination, and ongoing communication.

You may work with a variety of vacation requests, including luxury accommodations, tropical resorts, all-inclusive escapes, ocean cruises, family holidays, romantic retreats, group experiences, sightseeing tours, and international adventures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations to understand vacation goals, preferred experiences, and individual requirements
  • Identify suitable destinations based on travel interests, available dates, and spending preferences
  • Investigate accommodations, resort packages, cruise itineraries, transportation services, and recreational activities
  • Review supplier options and determine which offerings best meet client expectations
  • Develop vacation proposals that outline relevant choices and important details
  • Explain available services, package features, booking conditions, and general policies
  • Assist clients with making informed decisions about their vacation arrangements
  • Coordinate selected reservations through approved supplier systems
  • Verify traveler information, reservation dates, and requested services before confirmation
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client requests, reservations, and communications
  • Track important booking milestones, including deposit and final payment requirements
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding selections, documentation, and necessary information
  • Provide updates and useful preparation guidance as departure dates approach
  • Assist with routine reservation inquiries, modifications, and general service needs
  • Stay knowledgeable about supplier offerings, destination developments, and vacation promotions
  • Participate in continued training to strengthen industry knowledge and service skills

  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
