In this role, you will assist clients with travel planning support, reservation coordination, and trip-related customer service while helping create a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel experience is required training, tools, and ongoing support are provided for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and customized getaway experiences
- Research travel options, accommodations, transportation, and package opportunities using company-approved systems
- Review reservation details and itinerary information to help ensure accuracy and completion
- Provide professional recommendations and travel support based on client interests, schedules, and budget preferences
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms
- Help manage booking updates, itinerary changes, and customer support requests
- Maintain organized booking records, travel confirmations, and client documentation
- Participate in virtual onboarding, team meetings, and continued learning opportunities
