Position Overview

We're growing our remote team and are currently seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Client Experience Vacation Planner. In this role, you'll help clients bring their travel plans together by assisting with research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.

You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable planning experience by staying organized, communicating clearly, and supporting clients from the early stages of planning through final confirmations. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy helping others and want the flexibility of a remote work environment.

No prior travel experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
  • Research and review travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Assist with booking and confirming travel arrangements using approved systems
  • Provide clear updates and guidance throughout the planning process
  • Handle adjustments, changes, and follow-up requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Participate in onboarding and continued training sessions
