• Confirm travel details and booking information to help ensure a smooth reservation process
• Provide exceptional client support by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual travel needs
• Communicate effectively through email, phone conversations, and digital messaging channels
• Assist with reservation revisions, travel schedule changes, and service-related requests
• Maintain accurate customer files, travel records, and booking documentation
• Participate in remote training programs, team collaborations, and continuing education opportunities
